Ms. Sophia Liang brings over 30 years of executive leadership in Taiwan's technology sector. Her distinguished career includes serving as Chairman and independent board director of publicly listed semiconductor companies on the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
梁女士在台灣科技與金融界擁有超過 30 年的高階管理經驗。她的卓越資歷包含擔任台灣證券交易所上市半導體公司之董事長及獨立董事，具備深厚的企業治理實務經驗。
As the former Chief Financial Officer of MediaTek Silicon Valley and an Assistant Vice President at Citibank and Deutsche Bank, she established a robust network across the US and Asia-Pacific technology ecosystems. She holds dual Master's Degrees (MBA & Industrial Systems Engineering) from the University of Southern California (USC), uniquely positioning her to guide Taiwanese clients through cross-border financing, M&A, and operations.
曾任聯發科矽谷分公司財務長，以及花旗銀行與德意志銀行企業金融副總裁，成功建立橫跨美國與亞太科技生態圈的深厚人脈網絡。梁女士擁有美國南加州大學 (USC) 工業工程與企業管理雙碩士學位，具備不可取代的資格，協助台灣企業對接矽谷資本市場與跨國營運。
